The location was good and close to
Roma station. The 8-bed dormitory was comfortable with privacy curtains, but it could use a little more attention to cleanliness. The staff were cute and always happy to help.

I woudl ve been pleased if I hadn't found the heat pump constantly being tampered with. When I tried to use the supposed 'everyone' restroom, I was scolded like a child! Absolutely unacceptable. I expected at least a free upgrade for enduring this chaos, yet I received nothing! Almost left a good review, just couldn't.

The onsite restaurant had great food.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was a mess when I arrived with wet floors and hair on the walls. The receptionist's unfriendly demeanor during check-in added to my frustration, and the bed was excessively hard with minimal bedding provided. On top of all that, the area around the hotel felt sketchy, with drug activity nearby, made returning at night quite unsettling.

I found the location is just great ... easy access to the city center and it is just beside the Roma station, so you are pretty connected to where ever you want to go !!
The shared room smells badly, esp because the travelers walk all day and night time they open their socks. The management should provide air freshener !!

The staff were a great help, all super friendly and knowledgeable. Esp Nathan!
The bathroom was a little skanky - I wasn't too bothered as i've stayed in far worse. A face lift wouldn't hurt!

The 4 Bed Mixed Community Dorm had super comfy beds with privacy curtains, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom cleanliness could be improved, as it wasn't very tidy when I arrived. Enjoyed the social hour in the bar, made meeting people easy!

Fair price for what you get
Noisy in the bedroom, should make a policy to be quiet, and if people want to talk or put music, they do it outside
